5Perfect for Kayaking  Aug 31, 2009 By Mrs. Bette M. Goodrie "B Goodroe"
I ordered two of these for myself (50's) and my husband (60's) for kayaking. They are perfect! We have regular life vests, but they did not allow the freedom of movement needed in kayaking. I especially like the pockets. We will be using these for boat fishing also. The process was easy - ordering was simple and they arrived very quickly. In fact, I couldn't have had a faster delivery even if I had paid a premium for shipping. I would rather shop Amazon than go to a land store!

5Works for me  Oct 15, 2010 By B
I wear this when fishing from my inflatable Kayak. It does not get in the way when paddling, holds all my gear (I use small tackle boxes in the larger pockets). Has plenty of attachment points so I could tether all my small gear to them with para cord so I don't drop or lose anything. Tether point on bottom left is great for tethering a paddle. River knife attached securely over logo on left side of chest.

Comfortable to wear all day.

I couldn't be happier with this product.

5Kayaking / Fishing PFD  Jun 21, 2011 By chrissymoh
I've owned this for almost a month now. I have used it a couple of times. I'm a kayaker, not a fisher but it fits me great and works very well for kayaking. I'm a 5'0 tall woman and it fits me perfectly after adjusting.

My favorite features are the adjustable shoulders & ease of side adjustments. It's also easy to put on with just a zip and a couple buckles. The shoulders are adjustable and comfortable. All the pockets are great. My waterproof point and shoot camera fits in one of the larger pockets. I haven't used all of the pockets on this jacket yet, I probably won't since I don't fish.

The color was appealing to me. I haven't used the lashing straps, not sure what I'd add on to them. It zips and buckles which makes it very easy to put on. On the sides it's very easy to adjust to a snug fit.

2Pockets are too small  Jun 04, 2010 By Fish hook
Most pockets are too small to be useful. The 2 larger pockets can't even hold a 3 1/2" X 6 1/2" lure box. The smaller pockets are just 2 fingers wide.

1Not as advertised  May 22, 2011 By Louis Cardis Jr
Vest is advertised as having pockets usable for holding fishing essentials. Pocket are to small for anything that you might need. In addition, I ordered a medium/lg. When the vest arrived I would say that maybe a young teen might be able to use the vest, but certainly not an adult of average size. Way to small for a man 5'9" and 185 pounds. Bad decision to buy and I did return the product. Return process was excellent.
