I just received this item via UPS and I am looking forward to get this into a near-by pond to go fishing for alligator gar. I shall post a more detailed review when I come back from using it.
It is very, very nice and the materials seem quite well built. I can lay down and sleep in it if I wanted to because I fit almost entirely and is wide as well. It took a while to inflate but that was not an issue that it mattered. No oars so I'm gonna have to make some for my self so I can stream down the pond with ease. Ill keep you guys posted.
07/16/11 UPDATE:
Well, I've taken this boat to a small lake and let me tell you that it was a pleasant and exciting experience. The boat held up very well, I am 200lbs, and it was very comfortable to be in laying down in it. I had my fishing rod with me and there was no problem of loosing it cause you can just lay the fishing rod with you, and there will be no problem of it slipping away into the lake. I even got on my knees and the boat to paddle and it did not fold in half, so it is very rigid that i could withstand the weight in one spot.
So yes, this purchased was very nice and affordable since I am a student on a low budget. Dont think that you are getting a cheap product material since you are paying cheap price.

The oars suggested for this product are good. The boat seems durable enough for two full size adults. Been over river rocks and still no holes yet after several uses. It gets a little tiring paddling it very long.

I've taken this thing out to our island many times. I take little care when stepping into the raft. It has once held 3 grown men rather uncomfortably with their gear and all, totaling somewhere around 600 pounds and still works great to this day. Fantastic value and durability.
