Great Toy for the Price Jul 06, 2010
By P. Carlson I just use this as a pool toy. It would be suitable for a calm lake but probably would not take the punishment that a river with currents, rocks and such would dish out. My rating is based on this boat being less expensive than an average pool toy and value plays the major role in giving it a full 5 stars. I expect it will last at least a season or maybe two. It's fun and can be paddled around the pool using a kayak paddle that we happen to have lying around. There is a version of this boat that comes with oars. The oars are pretty useless though that version also came with a mini pump that was kind of nice.

By susan these boats DO NOT come with oars or air pump as described. i bought 7 of them so i'm really up the creek without a paddle.
the boats are fine and hold ONE adult just fine...or TWO small kids. they're of fair quality and are fine for lazy day floating but bring your own oars.

I hook up this boat to my kayak and tow it like that. You can keep your beer in it or the doggies. It is pretty rigid and stable. Best buy with this price. Shipping is awesome too.
