Great product! Not too long or cumbersom. Holds tight on the paddle with no slippage. I was a little weary of the plastic loop clip but it worked great. No complaints at all.

The lease stays on the paddle securely and does not interfere with the paddling. My wife and I have dropped our paddles a few times and we would not take the chance paddling without a leash

When I saw the reviews on this Premier Kayak Gripper Paddle Leash, I decided to try it. It is as the other reviewers say. It grips the paddle well. The line does not get in the way, the velcro grips the paddle handle securely, and the whole things helps a lost paddle not to be one of the concerns when paddling.
It is worth buying, and I also like it because it does not coil by itself and does not therefore, create a constant pull on the paddle.

This paddle tether is simple, good-looking and low-profile. The plastic clip can be a little hard to remove from the deck bungee, but I love the Velcro gripper feature that holds the tether firmly in the center of the paddle. This product even includes two rubber "paddle protector" strips as part of the tether strap. The cord is not especially sturdy, but is completely adequate for lake or coastal paddling. Good choice!
