| | Description | Sea Eagle Paddle Skis are unique kayaks. They are a combination of inflatable catamaran pontoon jull with a kayak shaped bow. This sleek and fast watecraft tracks straighter and paddles faster because the floor is several inches above the waterline. only the pontoon are in the water, reducing drag and allowing higher speeds. Sea Eagle PaddleSkis are very stable because of the wide catamaran stance on the water. The aluminum crossbar yokes prove foot rests for paddling or rowing while holding the tubes straight and steady. They simply roll-up with the kayak when deflated. | |

Great little boat Jul 06, 2010
By William J. Steele
"Stainless Steele"
I own two Sea Eagle boats. I have owned the Paddle Ski for 4 years. I enjoyed it so much. I bought a Fold Cat to use as a fishing platform which I also greatly enjoy. Everything they say in the boats wright-up is true. There is no exaggerated sails hype. The material that the pontoons are made of is really strong stuff. I was paddling into a cove when suddenly, I realized I had hit a submerged obstacle. I had to lean heavily to the left and bounce the boat to get the right pontoon off of what ever I had struck. After I got the boat free, I discovered I had hit the top of a steel fence post about 2 inches under the surface. I listened for doubles ( none ) I thought to myself, I must have a deep scratch or cut in that pontoon. I flipped the boat over prior to deflating it,(nothing) not a mark of any kind. I have a 2 horse motor that I use on it (ab 10 mph.) I kayak with it, have no trouble keeping up with rigid kayaks, until the wind picks-up,even then it"s not that bad. I think I will get the sail kit. I have developed an interest in small boat sailing. I don't have to buy another boat. This smaller model is no longer being manufactured. There have been times when I wish I had bought the larger model 435. This has been a great little (Go Everywhere, Do Everything, I Like To Do Boat.)
