Damaged in transit May 27, 2009
By Danya This is a great paddle but the tube was damaged in transit, I couldn't wait for a replacement so I bashed it out and got the tubes to insert but now they won't separate oh well. It is a great paddle though and is way better than some of my friends ones, good shape and angle.

Good paddle, especially for the money Sep 18, 2009
By Michael A. Duvernois I'm pretty impressed with the sturdiness and build of this paddle. Works well in the water, comes apart for easier transport, and isn't anywhere near as expensive as ones I've seen in the stores. I'm not an expert or someone who is out on the water every single day, but this paddles works well for me. I use it on Minnesota lakes and rivers, so no saltwater, but if you cleaned it with freshwater I'd assume that it would be okay on the ocean.

Nice and functional. Feb 06, 2010
By Skyeyer This paddle is the kind you would purchase in a sporting goods store for more than twice the price. It is lightweight, functional and long enough for tall rowers.
It is what it is. Jun 30, 2010
By T. Schick This is an inexpensive collapsable paddle, and it works wonderfully. I've used it all summer and it has proved to be lightweight, easy to maneuver, durable, and very portable. If you're looking for a great paddle without a huge price tag, go for it. She'll treat you well.

A very nice long paddle, good drip rings, easy to deal with. Wish there was a bit more padding on the handgrips, it's just a layer of rubber.
